The controller of your personal data is:

Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

• responding to a request for quotation submitted via the contact form,
• preparing a quote for CNC machining services based on the data and CAD files provided.

• Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — processing is necessary in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (preparing a quote).
• Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — the legitimate interest of the controller in being able to respond to the enquiry received.

The following data is collected via the enquiry form:

• first and last name,
• company name (optional),
• e-mail address,
• phone number (optional),
• part description / technical notes,
• CAD files (STEP, STL, IGES, DXF, PDF) attached to the enquiry.

Enquiry data (including the CAD files submitted) is retained for a period of 12 months from the date the enquiry is submitted, after which it is deleted. (to be confirmed by the owner)

If a contract is concluded on the basis of the enquiry, the data may be retained for the period required by law (e.g. tax and accounting regulations).

Personal data is not shared with any external entities or third parties. The data is processed solely within Zwierz.Tech and is neither sold nor disclosed.

You have the following rights:

• Right of access — the right to obtain information about the data being processed and a copy of that data.
• Right to rectification — the right to request the correction of inaccurate data or the completion of incomplete data.
• Right to erasure — the right to request the erasure of data (the so-called „right to be forgotten”), provided there is no legal basis for its further processing.
• Right to object — the right to object to the processing of data carried out on the basis of the controller's legitimate interest.
• Right to lodge a complaint with the PUODO — the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, if you consider that the processing of your data infringes the GDPR.

The zwierz.tech website uses only localStorage to remember user preferences (selected interface language, light/dark mode). This data is stored locally in the user's browser and is not sent to the server.

The website does not use web analytics, tracking pixels or any user-profiling technologies.
